The Original Feed for Good Doers

A highly concentrated and palatable feed ideal for ‘Good Doers’ when pasture and forage meets most of their energy, protein and fibre requirements.

Pasture and forage may not meet the horse’s need for essential vitamins, minerals and some amino acids. At Grass Mix is formulated to be fed in very small quantities to provide these missing nutrients, especially important for hoof care.

The low daily intake and elevated vitamins and minerals make At Grass Mix suitable for most horses and ponies that are prone to laminitis.

A little chaff may be added to the feed to provide extra fibre and to encourage chewing.

When fed at the recommended levels At Grass Mix requires no further supplementation.

Pure unrefined soya oil is included to help aid condition and coat shine.This feed also contains high quality vegetable protein provided from soya bean meal and a concentrate cube is included providing a full vitamin and mineral supplement. Apple spice is included to help increase palatability and make the feed suitable for fussy feeders.Baseline Mix is built around fibre so there is no need to add chaff to the feed, however the addition of a little well soaked sugar beet will not upset the balance of the feed and provide additional bulk fibre. Optimum Nutrition for older horses and ponies 

A highly palatable dust free feed formulated to provide optimum nutrition and well being for the mature horses and ponies.

Oldster is blended from a mixture of controlled levels of cooked cereals, the finest quality high temperature dried grass, high quality vegetable protein sources and a concentrate pellet provided elevated levels of key vitamins and minerals. Pure unrefined soya oil is included to help aid condition.

A unique blend of antioxidants has been included to support the horse’s immune system, and MSM & Glucosamine are added for the nutritional support of healthy joints. High levels of biotin are included to enhance coat bloom and aid hoof quality and condition and a pre biotic is added for the nutritional support of a healthy digestive system.

When Oldster is fed at the recommended levels no further supplementation is needed.
