Return Period
All orders may be cancelled prior to despatch and all goods except feed, can be returned with 14 days.

What do I do if an item doesn’t fit or I don’t like the colour?
Return it to us at Byhurst Farm Store, Leatherhead Road, Malden Rushett, Chessington, Surrey, KT92NL with a covering explanatory letter. We will then arrange to either credit you or replace the goods with a different size or colour, whichever you prefer. Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition.

What do I do if an item is faulty when it’s delivered?

Who pays the postage on returned items?
If you’re returning something because it doesn’t fit or it’s not suitable, you’ll need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. If you’d like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we make a small charge carriage on the replacement. However, we will refund your postage in full on faulty, unused goods returned.
